    Correct Method to Wear Gemstones

    According to Vedic Shastra, a gemstone only shows its full effect when it is purified, energized and worn in the right manner.

    Purification

    Keep the gemstone in raw milk, Ganga water and honey for 10 minutes to remove negative energies.

    Mantra Chanting

    Chant 108 times the Beej Mantra of the respective planet. Example: Om Sham Shanicharaya Namah for Neelam.

    Auspicious Day

    Wear the stone on its specific day and time. Morning 5 to 7 AM is considered most auspicious for all gemstones.

    Proper Wearing

    Wear in correct metal and correct finger. Bottom of the stone must touch the skin directly.
